Remote management

A Cavoon phone system comes with optional management software. The administrator has local access to create new extensions, groups, dial pans, company voicemails, interactive voice response menus and many other functions.

Each user can also control the configuration of his or her desktop phone. As the interface is web-based, users have remote phone management even when they are away from their desks.

After a long transatlantic flight, for example, a user can check a list of calls missed during the flight and listen to the voicemail messages, simply by accessing the Internet-based call management software.
